In order to inspire and mobilise all the staff to inherit and carry forward the spirit of May 4th and show the spirit of youth to forge ahead, on the occasion of the 105th May 4th Youth Day, Qingdao Eihe Steel Structure Group organised all the staff to carry out a grand ceremony of hoisting the National Flag and elected the youth representatives to make speeches. Guo Yanlong, president of the company, attended the ceremony and made a speech.


In the morning of May 4, facing the morning sun, the flag-raising ceremony kicked off in the solemn national song, all employees stood in formation, and the bright five-star red flag rose slowly. Li Ying, a young employee of the company, spoke as a representative, shared her experience and feelings in work, told how to achieve self-value as a young person in the new era at the grass-roots level, and said that she would carry forward the pioneering spirit of young people and dare to be the first. She said: "The enterprise is the platform to achieve self-value, only the stage stands, can display their talent and ambition, workers and enterprises to support each other, mutual achievement."

In his speech, Guo Yanlong, president of the company, emphasized the important role of young employees in the development of enterprises, encouraged young employees to be more strict with themselves, and sent a message to young employees: "In the general environment and economic situation in recent years, we should cherish the hard-won job opportunities." Youth is to have a dream, to better carry forward the spirit of the May fourth youth, continuous efforts, continuous progress, and contribute to the development of the company."
