The Disadvantages of Steel Frame Construction

1) Thermal Conductivity

Steel has poor thermal insulation properties, and when heat is transferred, the insulation value of the wall thickness may be reduced by half. In the case of steel frame structures, insulation measures need to be taken to adapt to the thermal conductivity of the structure.

2) Reduced Flexibility On Site

One of the benefits of using structural structural components is the ability to adjust them in the field. Components can be cut to appropriate size. This is obviously not possible with steel. The dimensions of the steel structure need to be accurately calculated in advance and finally transported to the site in the form of finished products for installation.
